We know you're excited to receive your ShopNest finds! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
1. How to Track Your Package
There are three easy ways to see where your order is:
Via Email: Click the "Track Package" button in your Shipping Confirmation email.
Via ShopNest Account: Log in to your account, go to "My Orders," and select your current shipment.
Via Our Website: Visit our Order Tracking Portal and enter your Order ID and Zip Code.
2. Carrier Information
ShopNest partners with multiple carriers to ensure the fastest delivery. Your tracking link will redirect you to one of the following:
UPS / FedEx: Standard and Express deliveries.
USPS: Small parcels and residential deliveries.
DHL: International shipments.
3. Understanding Your Tracking Status
Label Created: We’ve packed your order and it’s waiting for the carrier to pick it up.
In Transit: Your package is on the move!
Out for Delivery: Expect your ShopNest box today!
Delivered: The carrier has confirmed drop-off at your provided address.
4. Tracking Not Updating?
It can take up to 24–48 hours for a carrier to update their system after the initial scan. If your tracking status hasn’t changed in more than 4 business days, please contact our support team so we can investigate.
