At ShopNest, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process within 30 days of delivery.
1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method:
Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
Electronics must have a factory reset (if applicable) and include all cables/manuals.
Final Sale items (marked on the product page) are not eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Methods & Timelines

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please do not start a standard return. Instead:
Take a photo of the item and the packaging.
Contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
We will issue a full refund or a free replacement immediately.
4. Shipping Fees
Standard Returns: A $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Defective/Wrong Items: ShopNest covers 100% of return shipping costs.
